Why it works

You are not just booking wine. You are reducing event risk.

The buyer is often planning for executives, clients, or a team they cannot disappoint. Private hosts need the same clarity: what happens, what is included, what the room needs, and what it costs.

  1. 01

    No invented proof

Client logos, ratings, and testimonials stay off the site until they are real and permissioned.

  2. 02

    Requirements first

Venue, insurance, permit, staffing, delivery, and food requirements are surfaced in the proposal.

  3. 03

    Clear buying path

The form captures the event shape so the next response can be a real quote, not a vague sales email.

No client list is shown here yet because unverified social proof hurts trust. Add logos, reviews, photos, and event counts only after they are real, permissioned, and tied to actual fulfillment.Current proof policy

Considered questions

Everything legal, finance, and HR will ask.

We confirm the event format, venue rules, insurance requirements, and any alcohol-service permit or licensed-partner needs before a booking is finalized. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance or vendor paperwork, we scope that into the proposal.

Two to three weeks is ideal. November and December dates move fastest, so holiday events should be scoped as early as possible.

Yes. We can include non-alcoholic pairings or a parallel zero-proof option so every guest can participate.

We scope events across New York City, Jersey City, Hoboken, and Westchester. Virtual tasting formats can be quoted for distributed teams.

A sommelier host, wines, glassware planning, setup and breakdown planning, tasting notes, and coordination. Optional add-ons such as food pairings, premium flights, staffing, permits, and venue rental are quoted upfront.

Each proposal includes the payment schedule, deposit requirement, and any vendor-onboarding materials needed by your company.

No fake scarcity, no fake proof, no pressure. The intake asks for the details needed to quote cleanly: timing, venue status, budget, service needs, and approval requirements.
