Cellar & Board LLC, operating as WineTasting.NYC, uses the information you share to answer questions, prepare event proposals, coordinate requested services, and operate this website.
Information we collect
When you request a proposal, we may collect your name, contact information, company or group, event details, budget range, venue information, timing, food and accessibility needs, and anything else you choose to provide. We may also receive the page you submitted from, referral source, campaign parameters, and referring website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, recommend an event format, prepare and revise proposals, coordinate logistics, maintain inquiry records, improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not use proposal details to make automated eligibility or credit decisions.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, store inquiry records, maintain backups when configured, deliver notifications when configured, and measure website usage. These may include Vercel and Neon. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and event measurement. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-form proposal text in analytics events.
Sharing
We may share information with vendors or event partners when necessary to prepare or fulfill a service you requested, with professional advisers, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell proposal-request information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and event records for as long as reasonably necessary for proposals, service, accounting, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. Email events@winetasting.nyc.

We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
