Cellar & Board LLC publishes the WineTasting.NYC planning guides to help corporate planners and private hosts ask better questions before requesting a proposal.
What we cover
Our guides focus on event format, guest flow, venue access, service timing, glassware, food, staffing, budgeting assumptions, non-alcoholic participation, and the questions a planner should confirm with a building, venue, or vendor.
How guides are prepared
Our articles draw on the practical questions that shape a wine tasting event: guest count, venue access, timing, service, food, budget, and building requirements. We favor useful checklists, clear decisions, and stated assumptions over generic inspiration.
Accuracy and limits
Venue rules, alcohol-service requirements, insurance requests, and permitting can vary by location, building, event format, and service model. Our guides identify questions to confirm; they do not replace advice from a venue, licensed partner, insurer, attorney, or government authority.
Updates and corrections
