Arrival
The first pour and guest setup are ready before the host begins.
An experience with a clear purpose
Plan an NYC product launch with guided wine moments, a coordinated reveal, and a clear division between brand programming and hospitality.
WineTasting.NYC plans events directly and with hosting partners. Your proposal confirms the operator, contracting party, wine sourcing, inclusions, and availability before you book.

How the room runs
The first pour and guest setup are ready before the host begins.
The tasting has enough structure to create discovery without becoming a lecture.
Food, glassware, leftover wine, and cleanup responsibilities are clear before booking.
The experience
Build hospitality around the moment your guests came to see. Request a product-launch wine experience with a welcome, short guided segments, and a service pause for the reveal. Your NYC proposal will coordinate the wine program with the brand team's production schedule.
Name one production lead who controls timing changes.
Define the service pause around the reveal and any filming.
Separate guest check-in, brand consent, and wine service responsibilities.
Updated
A product reveal competes with every moving tray, conversation, and glass collection in the room. Mark the exact point when service should pause and identify who gives that cue. Keep the wine introduction separate from the main presentation unless the connection is genuinely useful to guests. The wine host should not be expected to deliver brand claims or operate the product demonstration without a separate agreement. A clear run of show lets hospitality support the event rather than accidentally pull attention from its purpose.
Use this as a starting brief. These are proposed directions, not a fixed package, guaranteed bottle list, or scheduled public event.
| Stage | Focus | Planning purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Arrival | Welcome and first pour | Guest experience lead |
| Pre-reveal cue | Pause trays and collection | Production lead |
| Presentation | Brand demonstration | Brand presenter |
| Conversation | Resume guided wine moments | Wine host and floor lead |
| Close | Clear exit and agreed follow-up | Event organizer |
Walk through the route between the pouring station, guest area, and demonstration space. Keep service away from fragile displays, cables, and camera sightlines. If the event has a press window or timed appointments, share those details before staffing is quoted. Agree whether the tasting is a seated chapter or short conversations throughout the reception; the same host cannot be assumed to cover both at once.
Share your date or date range, guest count, NYC location, and total spending allowance. Tell us whether you already have a venue and what you want the host to handle. The quote should distinguish wine, hosting, food, rentals, venue charges, and service where applicable.

Questions
That is outside the default tasting scope. Request any brand presentation role explicitly so preparation, messaging, and responsibilities can be agreed.
Pricing is scoped to your group, setting, wine selection, and service needs. Ask for an itemized proposal; this page does not advertise a fixed per-person package.
Send your preferred date, guest count, venue status, budget, and theme through the proposal form. Availability and the final operating arrangements are confirmed before booking.
